IT networking specialist is required for infrastructure department.

Our company has been chosen as a cloud service provider by more than 500 clients from all over Ukraine. We provide fail-safe connection, individual approach to each client no matter if it’s a small business of couple users or a company with tens of specialists.

Duties:

1. Providing fail-safety for infrastructure;
2. Monitoring of services availability, improvement of tools for monitoring infrastructure and services;
3. Testing of infrastructure availability (quarterly/monthly);
4. Designing and implementing plan of providing availability (redundancy, clusters, replication, etc.);
5. Planning of expected down-time (scheduled work, etc.);
6. Monitoring of resources load (RAM, HDDs, channels, CPUs);
7. Providing even load distribution, optimization of resources utilization;
8. Estimates of required power (quarterly/monthly);
9. Defining limits for services and components of infrastructure;
10. Solving incidents and problems;
11. Planning of infrastructure operability restoring (assigning responsibilities to executioners, conditions of setting plans into motion);

Requirements:

1. 2 years of relevant experience
2. Confident theoretical and practical knowledge of PC hardware and cloud technologies;

Must have:

1. Linux — deploy, administer (lamp, mail, db servers)
2. Hyper-V, Powershell, Windows Server Storage Spaces
3. Networking — VLAN, routing, dns, dhcp, NAT, firewall

Desired:

1. IIS (web, ftp)
2. System Center (DPM, SCOM, VMM), SQL Server
3. Exchange, Asterisk are a plus
